เสิร์ชไลท์ พิคเจอร์ส มีภาพยนตร์ที่ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลออสการ์ สาขาภาพยนตร์ยอดเยี่ยม รวมทั้งหมด 20 รางวัล ซึ่งหนึ่งในนั้นมาจากภาพยนตร์เรื่อง Nightmare Alley ทางฝันร้าย สายมายา และปัจจุบัน มีภาพยนตร์ที่ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลออสการ์รวมกันทั้งหมด 172 รางวัล นอกจากจะได้เข้าชิงในสาขาภาพยนตร์ยอดเยี่ยมแล้ว Nightmare Alley ทางฝันร้าย สายมายา ยังได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลในอีก 3 สาขา ได้แก่ สาขาออกแบบเครื่องแต่งกายยอดเยี่ยม สาขากำกับภาพยอดเยี่ยม และสาขาออกแบบงานสร้างยอดเยี่ยม
ออนิกซ์ คอลเลคทีฟ จากดิสนีย์ (Disney’s Onyx Collective) ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลออสการ์เป็นครั้งแรกจากภาพยนตร์เรื่อง ‘Summer of Soul’ ภาพยนตร์เรื่องแรกของ ออนิกซ์ คอลเลคทีฟ ที่ได้รับเสียงชื่นชมจากนักวิจารณ์อย่างท่วมท้น โดยภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้เป็นการร่วมมือกันกับ เสิร์ชไลท์ พิคเจอร์ส และฮูลู อีกด้วย
เจสสิก้า แชสเทน (Jessica Chastain) ได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลออสการ์ สาขานักแสดงนำหญิงยอดเยี่ยม จากบทบาทในเรื่อง “The Eyes of Tammy Faye” จากเสิร์ชไลท์ พิคเจอร์ส โดยภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้ยังได้รับการเสนอชื่อเข้าชิงรางวัลใน สาขาแต่งหน้าและทรงผมยอดเยี่ยม อีกด้วย

When Guests go to Disney World, they tend to forget how big the property actually is. The Walt Disney World Resort is home to Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. On top of that, it houses Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Disney Springs, ESPN, golf courses, mini-golf, 25+ Resorts, and more totally in 27,180 acres. That is nearly the size of San Francisco, which is slightly larger at 30,000 acres.

Magical Express Fans Can Still Buy a Piece of History in Disney World
Disney’s Magical Express was recently discontinued at the start of 2022…but we just spotted a trace of this piece of Disney history in the parks!. Disney’s Magical Express was the complimentary ground transportation service that took Disney World hotel guests to and from Orlando International Airport. The company that provided the service, Mears, now offers a similar paid option for guests, in addition to several other ground transportation services that are available for a fee. But there is still a trace of Disney’s Magical Express left in the parks (for now, at least!) that allows fans the chance to take home a reminder of this piece of Disney history!
